Frequently Asked Questions
When will I receive my order?
All of our boxes are prepared to order and we aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days (including Saturdays). During busy periods, this might be slightly longer, but we will let you know if there is likely to be a delay. We use Royal Mail 1st Class post for delivery so your order should arrive within 1-2 business days after dispatch.
Can I arrange for my box to be delivered on a specific day?
Unfortunately, we are unable to arrange delivery for specific dates at present. We will despatch orders in time for them to be delivered for on or before a special occasion (e.g. Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, and Easter etc.) but we do not guarantee delivery on these days.
How long will my tray bakes keep for?
Boxes keep for around two weeks at room temperature, three weeks if stored in the fridge, and all of our products can be frozen for up to three months. They should be stored out of direct sunlight
What if I have any dietary requirements?
All of our allergen information is listed under each item in our shop. If you have a specific dietary need, please contact us before ordering a box and we will let you know what if we can adapt any of our recipes to meet your needs.
Can I substitute something in box for another tray bake?
If you would like to substitute an item in your box, please send us a message (using the contact us page) within 20 minutes of placing your order. We cannot guarantee that any requests placed outside of this time will be accommodated.
