Delivery and Returns


All of our boxes are prepared to order and we aim to dispatch all orders within 5 business days. During busy periods, this might be slightly longer. We use Royal Mail Tracked 24 Hour post for delivery so your order should arrive within 1-2 business days after dispatch.  

Please check that the delivery address on your order is correct and contact us with 24 hours of ordering if you notice any errors. We are unable to accept responsibility for any orders that are not received due to errors when inputting the address. 


If you are unhappy with your order, you can return the box within 7 days of your purchase. After 7 days, we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be uneaten and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original box.


Once your return has been received, we will email you to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are eligible for a refund, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 working days.


We only replace items if the wrong item has been shipped to you or if the item is not as described. If you require an exchange, please email 

Please note that you will be responsible for the payment of your own shipping costs for all returned items. All shipping costs are non-refundable.
